Visa, Mastercard, American Express

We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. Checks are also accepted and once your check has cleared, we will schedule your products for shipping. We ship all our products at the service level you choose, and all products are shipped insured. An e-mail message will be sent to you providing the tracking number of your shipment as soon as it has been assigned by the carrier.

Returns

For Rupert Neve Designs products purchased directly from us, we offer an evaluation period of 7 days after you receive the product. If you are not completely thrilled with your unit, e-mail us using our online support form or call 512-847-3013 within 7 days and we will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) and a pre-paid shipping label for return shipping.

To receive full credit for your return, the products MUST:

  • Be shipped in the original packaging
  • Include all accessories (i.e. power supplies, splitter cables, joining kits, user guides, etc.)
  • Include a copy of the RMA
  • Use the pre-paid return shipping label issued with the RMA


Once the item and all accessories have been received by us and evaluated for damage, we will issue a refund. Your refund will be in the same form of payment received by us (a check or a credit to your credit card account) and will equal the “total unit price” of the item(s) returned, including any sales taxes included on your original invoice, less the cost of return shipping and less any costs incurred by Rupert Neve Designs to restore the product to a like-new condition.

Limited Warranty

Rupert Neve Designs warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase, and agrees to remedy any defect identified within such one year period by, at our option, repairing, or replacing the product.

Limitations and Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to any product which has been improperly installed, subjected to usage for which the product was not designed, misused or abused, damaged during shipping, damaged by any dry cell battery, or which has been altered or modified in any way. This warranty is extended to the original end user purchaser only. A purchase receipt or other satisfactory proof of date of original purchase is required before any warranty service will be performed.

THIS EXPRESS, LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLED TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED UNDER APPLICABLE STATE LAW. IN NO EVENT SHALL RUPERT NEVE DESIGNS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this exclusion may not apply to you.

Warranty Service

If you suspect a defect in your device, you must first call us at 512-847-3013, or e-mail us using our online support form. It is possible that a suspected defect could be due to a faulty cable or connector, improper setup, or some other factor not involving the unit itself. If it is determined that your unit may be defective, we will issue a return material authorization number and we will send you a pre-paid shipping label for return shipping.
