Rupert Neve Designs’ Fidelice Products Now Available from Headphones.com
Announced earlier this year, the Fidelice range of high-fidelity playback equipment from Rupert Neve Designs is now available for purchase through Headphones.com, the world’s largest high-end headphone store and a growing community for headphone enthusiasts.
This new range includes the Precision Digital-to-Analog Converter, the Precision Headphone Amplifier, and the Precision Phono Pre-Amplifier.

The Fidelice Precision DAC is the new range’s flagship product, built around pure Class-A topologies with transformer balanced XLR outputs, and it “represents a new standard in digital accuracy from the master of analog”. Clocking is provided by top-of-the-line AKM converter chips with highly customized integration to make the Precision DAC “a truly reference-level product”, and the unit’s headphone amplifier is an entirely new design with XLR balanced, Pentaconn balanced, and ¼” unbalanced outputs, plus a high-gain switch to drive the most difficult-to-power headphones.
The Precision Headphone Amplifier is an updated version of Rupert Neve Designs’ award-winning RNHP, a 24V reference-quality headphone amplifier with three specially calibrated sets of inputs, complete with a new steel & mahogany industrial design that makes it at home in any living room or office.
The Precision Phono Pre-Amplifier is a new design based around the classic amplifier topologies that have made Mr. Rupert Neve’s microphone preamplifiers so sought-after for decades, and is intended to “elevate your turntable setup with the classic sound of Rupert Neve”. Purpose-designed low-noise discrete Class-A amplifiers are implemented throughout the signal path for both MM and MC gain stages, “each painstakingly tailored for an enthralling listening experience with unparalleled accuracy, depth and expressiveness.”
All three products are now available in North America through Headphones.com, with international purchasing options to follow in the near future. The Precision DAC has an MSRP of $4995 USD, and the Precision Headphone Amplifier and Precision Phono Pre-Amplifier each have an MSRP of $1195 USD.
