Ryan Rosmann has been a Rupert Neve Designs user for quite some time. His former main rig was a hybrid setup including 16 channels of Shelford 5052 and a 5059 Satellite for summing – but as Ryan’s needs grew, he decided to take the leap and upgrade to a 5088 console.

A few months ago, we were contacted by the people at Aulart about a masterclass they had just filmed with Matador, a.k.a. Gavin Lynch. They mentioned that Gavin’s 5088 console was prominently featured in his class, and asked if we’d be willing to share an episode (“Analog Stem Mixing”) for free with our fans…

Today would have been Rupert’s 96th birthday, and we’re thinking of him fondly.

“I’ve been a musician from a very young age and also a mega nerd. I bought a small PA to service local bands when I was 15 and just became more interested in the technical side of music.”
